1. The service
TenForWorld (“we”, “us”) provides structured, self-paced online language courses through tenforworld.com and its companion mobile apps. Each course is a separate paid subscription and the placement test is free. A 3-day trial applies only when it is explicitly shown in the website checkout; iOS purchases use the offer and price shown by Apple before confirmation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly, every 6 months, or annually at the price shown before confirmation. Website payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; a 3-day trial applies only when the website checkout displays it. iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple and renew automatically for the selected term unless cancelled in Apple Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling stops future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the current term.
4. Refunds
For website payments, refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the relevant charge; after that window charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. App Store purchases and refunds are controlled by Apple and must be requested from Apple under its policies.
5. Access to lessons
Lessons unlock progressively as you pass each day’s quiz. There is no daily lesson limit. If a subscription lapses, access to that course’s paid lessons pauses, but your progress, completed lessons, quiz scores, and streak are kept and restored if you resubscribe.
6. Acceptable use
Do not share your account, scrape or redistribute course content, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Content & intellectual property
Lesson content, exercises, and course materials are owned by TenForWorld or licensed to us and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, TenForWorld is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
