Card-free 3-day trial
You can start one free 3-day trial per account, on one course, without entering any payment details. Nothing is charged during or after the trial, and it ends automatically — you only pay if you later choose a plan yourself. Access to that course closes when the trial ends; your progress is kept.
Website card checkout
Website subscriptions are charged by Lemon Squeezy at checkout for the term you select; adding a card does not start another trial, because the card-free 3-day trial above is the only trial. The 3-day refund window below still applies. Apple subscriptions do not include a trial unless Apple shows one before confirmation.
Cancellation
For website subscriptions, open Account & Billing and choose “Manage or cancel subscription.” For iOS subscriptions, use Apple Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewal; access continues through the paid term.
Refund window
Website refund requests must be sent within 3 calendar days of the relevant charge. After that window, charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. App Store refunds are decided and processed by Apple; request them through Apple’s refund service.
Request a refund
Include the account email, Lemon Squeezy order number, charge date, and a short reason. Requests are reviewed against the payment timestamp and this policy.
