Website 3-day free trial
When a Lemon Squeezy website checkout explicitly displays a 3-day trial, a payment method is required and no subscription charge is collected during those 3 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, Lemon Squeezy charges the selected term. Apple subscriptions do not include a trial unless Apple shows one before confirmation.
Cancellation
For website subscriptions, open Account & Billing and choose “Manage or cancel subscription.” For iOS subscriptions, use Apple Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewal; access continues through the paid term.
Refund window
Website refund requests must be sent within 3 calendar days of the relevant charge. After that window, charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. App Store refunds are decided and processed by Apple; request them through Apple’s refund service.
Request a refund
Include the account email, Lemon Squeezy order number, charge date, and a short reason. Requests are reviewed against the payment timestamp and this policy.
